Automatic Thought Record [AVAILABLE SOON]

A worksheet for listing and challenging the thoughts that automatically arise in a specific situation. It consists of four columns, one for the automatic thought, one for the evidence supporting it, one for the evidence against it, and one for a more reality-based alternative thought to practice.

Relapse Prevention Plan [AVAILABLE SOON]

An easy-to-access, one-page document that outlines your plan for safety, support, and self-care in the event that you notice the process of relapse occurring. Fold it or print a small version and keep it with you or place it somewhere in your home where you can easily find it.

Zone Plan [AVAILABLE SOON]

Three sheets, one for each part of your zone plan (red, yellow, and green). Excellent for printing and placing on a wall or keeping a digital copy to review on your phone or other mobile device.

Step Four Inventory

A template for your 4th step inventory as described in Staying Sober Without God and the accompanying workbook. One sheet per inventory (resentments, fears, harms).
